    Terms & Conditions

    1. Introduction

    Welcome to Sodo 668 (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website sodo668.net (the “Site”) and our business‑listing services (the “Service”). By creating an account, submitting a business listing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account.
    • By submitting a business listing, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to act on behalf of the business.
    • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up‑to-date information when you register or list your business, and to maintain that information.

    3. Your Licence to Use the Site

    • We grant you a non‑exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site in accordance with these Terms.
    • You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable laws, including defamation, harassment, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

    4. Business Listings

    • You may create a free business listing on Sodo 668. Your listing may include business name, description, contact details, opening hours, images, website URL, and other information.
    • We may provide optional paid promotional features (e.g., “featured listings”, “banner ads”) — but using the core Service (i.e., adding a standard listing) is free.
    • We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any submitted listing at our discretion.

    5. Content Submitted by You

    • You retain ownership of the content you submit (text, images, etc.), but by submitting it to us you grant Sodo 668 a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content on the Site.
    • Your content must be accurate, not misleading, and lawful. You must not upload defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content.
    • You agree to indemnify Sodo 668 against any claim, loss or damage arising from your content, including legal costs.

    6. AI‑Powered Search & Matching

    • Our platform is powered by a proprietary AI engine that helps match user search queries with the most relevant business listings.
    • While we aim to make our AI matching as accurate as possible, we do not guarantee that any listing will receive a specific number of views or enquiries.

    7. Reviews & Ratings

    • If Sodo 668 supports customer reviews for business listings, you acknowledge that users may submit reviews of your business.
    • You may not manipulate, fabricate or pay for reviews to unjustly influence ratings.
    • We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate our content policies or are fraudulent.

    8. Payment, Refunds & Charges

    • As noted, adding a standard listing is free.
    • If you choose to use any paid services (such as advertising or featured listing), you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payment terms will be displayed when you opt into those features.
    • Any refundable or cancellation terms for paid services will be described in the relevant feature’s terms; standard listings do not incur any cost.

    9. Termination

    • Either you or Sodo 668 may terminate your account at any time, for any reason.
    • On termination, your business listing may be removed or deactivated. We are not obliged to retain or restore removed listings.
    • Provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination (e.g. indemnity, licence grant, limitation of liability) will survive.

    10. Limitations of Liability

    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sodo 668 excludes all liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, including lost profits, lost revenue or loss of business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our Services.
    • Our total aggregate liability under these Terms for all claims is limited to AUD 100 (or a relevant small amount), unless otherwise required by law.

    11. Disclaimers

    • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
    • We do not endorse or guarantee any business listed on Sodo 668. Any transaction, contact, or relationship between you and a listed business is solely between you and the business.

    12. Intellectual Property

    • All intellectual property rights in the Site (including design, layout, software, content and branding) are owned by or licensed to Sodo 668.
    • You may not copy, modify, sublicense or distribute our content except as expressly permitted in writing by us.

    13. Privacy

    • Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (link to be provided), which describes how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data.
    • By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

    14. Changes to Terms

    • We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on the Site with a new “Last updated” date.
    • Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria (or another Australian state, depending on where your business is legally based).
    • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

    16. General

    • If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
    • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any paid‑feature terms, represent the entire agreement between you and Sodo 668 regarding the use of the Site.
